Meet the Team

Edita Grice
Head Dental Nurse
GDC No. 275738
I began my journey in the dental field in 2017 as a trainee dental nurse, and since then, my career has been shaped by a deep passion for providing high-quality patient care and a strong commitment to continual professional development. I completed my nursing diploma with NEBDN in 2018, laying a solid foundation for my practice. My enthusiasm for learning and advancing my skills led me to pursue further qualifications and specialized training.
In 2019, I advanced my expertise by completing my Radiography post-qualification (NEBDN) and Implant Nursing courses with Straumann and Biohorizons implant systems, enabling me to broaden my role within the practice. These qualifications not only expanded my clinical knowledge but also gave me the confidence to take on more responsibilities in the dental setting.
In 2022, I successfully passed my Implant Nursing course (NEBDN), and with the experience I gained from these various certifications, I have developed a solid understanding of the technical aspects of implant procedures, ensuring that I can provide the highest standard of care to patients undergoing implant treatments.
The COVID-19 pandemic presented a period of reflection and adaptation for many in healthcare, and during this challenging time, I was given the opportunity to extend my professional duties. I attended Essex University to qualify as an Oral Health Educator, which has significantly enhanced my ability to educate patients on maintaining optimal oral hygiene. This role allows me to perform fluoride application and plaque scoring treatments, furthering my contribution to patients' overall well-being.
As Head Dental Nurse, I continue to embrace challenges and strive for excellence in every aspect of my role. I am driven by a genuine desire to help people and improve their experiences in dental care. I look forward to continuing my journey of professional development and ensuring that the practice I work in remains at the forefront of dental care.
